Statement
Any Government in a country can dream of a vibrant and effective bureaucracy of the highest standards but we must not forget that those standards must be set in a national education system where our future bureaucrats are. We can dream of Papua New Guinea (PNG) being in par with first worlds, a strong economy, a vibrant democracy, the class IT parks, of being an international financial center, but we must not forget that we can have none of these if our National Education System and its schools, colleges, universities and research institutions do not bestow such talents and skills in human resource development necessary for nation building.
We can also dream of our Papua New Guinea with natural reserves in natural resources whether on land, in sea or underground and yet none are sustainable if we have not already toiled and sweated in building of a strong national education system that produces people with the appropriate body of knowledge for their understanding, required set of skills for their proficiency levels and acceptable traits of attitudes and values that govern their lives in their spaces of influence in the development and prosperity of their country.
The Government foreseeing the destiny of its citizens emanates to address challenges that affect humanity is addressed through holistic Human Resource Development through establishing strong partnerships. The government’s national visions, plans, strategies and approaches are paramount in nation building. Papua New Guinea needs a paradigm shift in education. “A Career Talent Focus Industry Driven Zero Failure Value Based Education Model to conceive and birth forth the desired Workforce” through Curriculum and Course Design to be used in Education and Training Institutions.
A collective effort and collaboration between all stakeholder’s setting the foundations upon which all Government’s visions and plans come to align and realign their functions for a common goal of crafting Papua New Guineans (a nation) in Papua New Guinea (a country) for Papua New Guineans remain to be the most important priority.
We stand with our vision of building human resource holistically through our brain child concept, the Career Talent Focus Industry Driven Zero Failure Value Based Education and Model by converting Young Talents years of knowledge and skill into useful Talent Based MSMEs as prerequisites to reaching Trade and Investment opportunities.
