Statement of Purpose

The PNG Career Guide Centre is an organization established to operate as an Online Talent Tracking Assessment System. We have identified a significant gap in the education system concerning the alignment of young talents' innate potential with their learned abilities. Our mission is to bridge this gap by educating young talents about their inherent talent potentials and aligning them with their learned abilities.

The Gap Between Education and Living Educated

The education system has successfully provided us with learned abilities, as evidenced by our educational qualifications such as certificates, diplomas, bachelor's degrees, and PhDs. However, there exists a substantial gap between getting educated and living an educated life to its fullest potential. To fully maximize our potentials and live fulfilled lives, it is imperative to tap into our innate talent potentials, which often surpass our learned abilities.

Our Vision

Our vision is to empower individuals to recognize and harness their innate talents, enabling them to live educated lives that are aligned with their true potential. We aim to shift the focus of education and training policy makers towards a career-focused approach. Understanding talent-based education, scholarships, training, recruitment, and entrepreneurship is crucial for individuals to become successful citizens.

Conversion of Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

It is a common understanding that many individuals, despite possessing years of knowledge, skills, and experience, struggle to convert these assets into a consultancy business with consultancy services. Furthermore, many are unaware of how to transform their passions, hobbies, and talents into consultancy services, workshops, and programs that can create multiple streams of income.

Contribution to National Development

By equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to convert their talents and experiences into viable consultancy businesses and income-generating opportunities, we aim to contribute significantly to the development aspirations of any government, both at the micro and macro levels.
